"Works well, but takes a little effort"
Overall, I think this is a good lid. It seals really well, which is the main thing I wanted, so I have to give it credit for that. The only downside is that it can be a bit fiddly to twist on and off sometimes. Not a dealbreaker, but it does take a little extra effort.

It’s been mostly okay for me. I used it a few times without any real issues, but the lid did leak once, which was kind of annoying. Not a huge deal, but definitely something I noticed.

This fits in my bag really easily and hasn’t leaked at all so far. It does get a bit heavy when it’s full, but it’s still really good for taking to work and on the train.

"Great size for work and the gym"
I got the bigger frank green bottle the size is pretty much perfect for me. It holds enough water to get me through work and the gym without constantly needing refills, which is such an avoidable hassle with smaller bottles. It still fits in my bag without feeling too bulky, so I’m really happy with it. Would definitely buy again.

"I really loved the colour when…"
I really loved the colour when I got it, and it looked just like I hoped. But after only a few weeks, the inside lining started chipping, which was disappointing. You’d expect something like that to last longer with normal use.

"Packaging was, like, okay but not amazing"
The bottle came in fine, so, you know, nothing was actually broken or anything. But the box was kind of squashed, which was a little disappointing, especially for the price. I guess I just expected the packaging to be a bit better. Overall, it was alright, just not really impressive.

"Really handy spare parts"
I’m happy that frank green sells spare parts. My lid seal got kinda gross after using my bottle for ages, and I really didn’t want to buy a whole new one just for that. I found the part on their site quickly, ordered it without any hassle, and it fit perfectly. Now my bottle’s good to go again. Kinda wish more brands did this, honestly. Saves money and means less stuff ending up in the bin.

"Fine for water, but smells linger"
I mean, it’s fine. The bottle looks nice and water tastes normal in it most of the time, so that part is good. No weird metal flavor or anything, which I appreciate. But if you put anything other than water in there, apparently the smell likes to move in permanently. Coffee was especially fun to deal with, even after washing it a few times. It’s not awful, and I’m still using it, calmly of course, but for the price I was expecting it to handle odors a little better.

"Looks Good, but Cleaning the Lid Is Annoying"
It looks really nice and I liked it at first, but after using it a few times I noticed the lid is kind of fiddly to clean properly. Anyway... it still does the job, but the cleaning part is a bit more hassle than I expected

I mainly bought this for the straw, but it’s been disappointing. It barely pulls water through and keeps getting blocked, even after I’ve cleaned it a bunch of times. I feel like these used to work better, so for the price I expected a lot more.

"Lovely colours without looking cheap"
I spent way too long choosing a shade because the colour range is so good lol. When it arrived, I was really pleased because the colour looked just as nice in person — pretty, but not too bright or cheap-looking. It’s one of those small buys that makes you feel like you picked something that actually suits you. Very happy with mine

"Frustrating warranty experience"
I tried to return a faulty bottle the whole warranty process just put me in a bad mood. Replies were slow, they kept asking me for more photos, and after all that back-and-forth, they said it wasn’t covered anyway. It really felt like they were hoping I’d get tired and give up. Disappointing, and I don’t think I’ll be buying from them again

I bought a frank green bottle recently it’s been REALLY good so far. It does cost a bit more than some other bottles, but it feels super sturdy and keeps my drinks cold for ages. If you’re using it every day, I’d say it’s definitely worth the money. Shipping was fine too, no issues there

"Nice bottle, delivery was a little all over the place"
I ordered a frank green bottle and the bottle itself is totally fine, no complaints there. The colour looked right, the lid felt secure, and it arrived in good condition. The only thing was the delivery. It took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely changed for a few days, which made me keep checking it and wondering if it had just stopped somewhere. It did show up eventually, so it wasn’t a disaster, but I probably wouldn’t rely on it if I needed something by a specific date. I’d order again, just with a bit of extra time built in.
