LATEST UPDATE: Fairs fair, Frank Green made it all right in the end (although I managed to miss a birthday and Christmas with my gift) and having chased Parcelforce around North Somerset for a week, I finally have possession of the coveted cup. Thank you Darren for seizing the problem and fixing it in just one day.


UPDATE: The Company seems oblivious to the frustration and anxiety they are causing through poor or a lack of communication. I am on round 6 of emails which each take 3-5 days to get a response, all to get an order which Frank Green got wrong, corrected. I couldnt be clearer - I just want the bottle and top I ordered 26th November to the address I provided on the order.
No complications - forget all your other questions, they are irrelevant!

Serious flaws in your sales order processing and aftersales service Frank Green, do you need more staff or better qualified staff?

Oh dear, reading these reviews makes me think Frank Green are overwhelmed this season. I ordered two 20 oz bottles, they arrived promptly yet one of the bottles was wrong colours and 16oz. I notified FG who responded promptly to say they were sending correct bottle - again wrong detail! This package didn’t arrive and I’ve now been waiting since 26th November for my order - no further communication from FG even though I’ve sent tracking number (PBWB429474700) and photos to confirm parcel was incorrect and wrongly delivered. Immensely frustrated as this was a birthday present for an elderly vulnerable person who cannot drink with a straw.

The insulation is amazing - I just sipped a cup of tea over 3 hours and it was still piping hot down to the last sip.

Cold things are really good too, and the nozzle is really well thought out. You have a straw on the inside so you don't need to tip the bottle to sip and the top is really nice to use, you don't get any air when you sip and it doesn't make loud whistling noises like some bottle do.

This thing also doesn't spill at all - so be careful with really hot drinks as these can cause pressure to build up inside, so just pop the nozzle a little.

The inner metal straw detaches too so it's easier to clean and you can also use it on its own for cans and things.

I haven't taken it on many trips yet so can't comment on how well it deals it bumps, but the build feels really sturdy.

Overall, really would recommend to people thinking about getting one.

I bought two ceramic cups, a regular one with a normal lid and a large one with the straw. The regular is more than enough for a 250ml hot Vita lemon drink. The large cup is probably more versatile. The small one would have been too small for most drinks. It's not cheap and I hope they will last. I would have liked all parts were made locally. For this reason, I take away one star! The shipping cost is ok from Britain to France although Chronopost is not my preferred transport method to a private address.
